arnulfo delgado, mha, mt (ascp)

Vice President, Global Laboratory Operations
Arnulfo Delgado is responsible for ACM’s global clinical laboratory operations which includes both diagnostic medical testing and clinical trials. His oversight at ACM will include laboratory operations in the United States, United Kingdom, China, Singapore and India. Arnulfo Delgado received his bachelor of science at Arizona State University and his master’s degree from University of Texas at Arlington.  He has over 20 years of laboratory leadership experience and has worked at major academic healthcare systems, Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN and UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX. Arnulfo is a Certified Medical Technologist (ASCP).

Robert Carlson, MD FCAP

Vice President, Medical Laboratory Affairs
Dr. Carlson serves as the primary medical officer for ACM’s Clinical Trials and Medical Diagnostic businesses, responsible for oversight of ACM’s laboratory quality, scientific, compliance, and patient care elements.Dr. Carlson is a Board Certified Pathologist and served as Pathology Department Chairman at the Marshfield Clinic for over 15 years. Dr. Carlson has also served in a variety of other roles within the laboratory, pathology, and business functions, and was most recently Laboratory Director at NXGEN MDX, a NGS laboratory for carrier screening located in Grand Rapids Michigan.

Jerry Boxall

Managing Director, ACM Europe and Asia
As Managing Director for Europe and Asia, Jerry Boxall oversees ACM’s clinical trial facilities and personnel in the United Kingdom, China, Singapore and India. Jerry has over 30 years of experience in the clinical laboratory field, 23 of which have been spent in the central laboratory industry. He has extensive experience of managing multiple laboratory sites, both within Europe and on a global scale. Prior to joining the team, he held senior executive positions with CRL-Medinet and Pivotal Laboratories. Jerry qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Sciences in London in 1984.

John Byerley

Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, John will oversee all clinical trials operational functions, including project management, data management, specimen management, process improvement, portfolio management, logistics and kits. John has more than 25 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, clinical diagnostics, insurance risk assessment, and information technology industries, with extensive experience in all areas of the central laboratory functions. He has held VP of Central Lab Operations and CIO roles. Specifically John will be responsible for driving the harmonization and standardization of ACM's global capabilities and improvement initiatives for scalability, quality and performance as well as enhancing customer relationships.

Steve Kasay

Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer, Steve provides leadership and strategic direction for ACM’s IT initiatives around the world. His experience in IT management and leadership within the pharmaceutical and clinical research industries spans three decades, having served integral roles across industry-leading organizations. Mr. Kasay earned a BA in Biology from Gettysburg College, as well as a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Claudette Kile

Vice President, Global Quality & Regulatory Affairs
As Vice President, Global Quality & Regulatory Affairs, Claudette Kile is responsible for global quality, which includes the United States, China, India, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. Claudette has over 28 years of global experience in the medical device, biologics, and pharmaceutical industries, leading Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs,Quality Control, Quality Systems, Regulatory Compliance and Validation. She has also served in a variety of other roles within the manufacturing, laboratory and clinical functions. Claudette's broad range of experience spans all phases of manufacturing and clinical trials involving medical devices, biologics, pharmaceuticals and combination products (drug/device). Prior to ACM, she was the Vice President, Quality and Regulatory for Gallus BioPharmaceuticals, a contract manufacturing organization for API biologics manufacturing and fill/finish.

Ron Insogna

Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Finance, Ron is responsible for providing financial oversight for ACM’s global operations. Ron has more than 16 years’ experience in various financial capacities in the Healthcare, Telecom and grocery industries. While at ACM in his capacity as the Director of Finance Ron was responsible for establishing the Financial Planning department, streamlining processes in Clinical Trials Billing and implementing various financial systems in the Accounting department to improve efficiencies. Prior to that, Ron held a Sr. Manager of Finance position with Penn Traffic Corp, a retail and wholesale grocery company in Syracuse, NY, where he was instrumental in outsourcing warehouse operations and divesting the wholesale business that resulted in raising over $60M in free cash flow. Ron holds a BS in accounting from the SUNY Institute of Technology, Marcy, NY.

Terri Snider

Executive Director, Human Resources
As HR Head, Terri Snider is responsible for all aspects of human resources at ACM, and acts as a strategic business partner to Sr. Management in the achievement of business objectives. Prior to joining ACM, she had a very successful career spanning more than two decades with Bausch + Lomb, Inc., in Rochester, New York. Most recently, Terri was Director, Human Resources – Global Quality & Operations at B+L, but Terri also held positions managing employee relations and diversity initiatives, global talent management, human resources operations, recruitment and training efforts. Terri graduated from the University of Buffalo with a B.A. in Communications, and earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Nandan Rao

General Manager, Asia Pacific
As General Manager Asia Pacific, Nandan Rao oversees ACM’s clinical trial facility and personnel in India. Nandan has a wealth of experience with over 28 years handling both business development and operational responsibilities in pharmaceutical, diagnostic and central laboratory organizations. Before joining the ACM team, Nandan worked for more than 5 years in India’s largest Central Reference Laboratory where as a business unit head he was instrumental for setting up the Clinical Trial operations. With his General Manager responsibilities, Nandan will have oversight of the clinical trials conducted in the Asia-Pacific region.

K. Kalaichelvi

Director of Operations, Singapore and Shanghai
As Director of Operations for Singapore and China, Kalai will oversee all clinical trials operational functions of Singapore and China, covering lab operations, project management, specimen management, logistics and kits. Kalai has more that 20 years of experience within the healthcare (hospital), pharmaceutical and clinical laboratory fields both in technical and management capacities, 10 of which have been in the central laboratory with extensive experience in all areas of the central laboratory functions having worked in some of the major clinical research organizations central labs. She has been instrumental in many of the central labs start up operations and prior to joining the ACM team, her recent central lab operations role was with PPD as Associate Director, Lab Operations APAC. Kalai holds a degree in Biology from the National University of Singapore.
